A nurse practitioner and registered nurse by trade. A skilled aesthetic provider and certified nurse injector. I offer at-home Botox and chemical peel in the LA area. Providers are overseen by Dr. Cheryl Bugailiskis, MD (NPI 1871882035), a licensed physician in state of California (A130557), Texas (T7799), and Arizona (74787), in compliance with state regulations.
