I have been a Labor and Delivery Nurse for over 10 years and became a Certified Nurse Coach in 2023, in which I support women in their wellness and life goals. I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and have lived in San Luis Obispo County since 2013. I love the Central Coast for its beautiful beaches, great hikes, and I enjoy camping with my husband and two young daughters. I have a huge passion for fitness, wellness, and self-care. I look forward to supporting you in your aesthetics journey and helping you to feel your most confident!

I received my nursing degree at Santa Rosa Junior College in 2013 and my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Sonoma State University in 2014.
