Growing up as a Filipino American child, there were only a handful of career choices that I was allowed to consider – doctor, lawyer, or nurse. I chose nursing, then fell in love with taking care of others. I enjoy making people smile and feel better on some of their toughest days.

In my work and my personal life, a saying that motivates me is Kahuna Nui Hale Kealohalani Makua. It means “love everything you see, including yourself.” I believe that in order to provide compassionate care to patients and clients, you have to give yourself grace as well. Rather than criticizing ourselves, we need to treat ourselves with compassion and love. Part of that is self-care! 

## Education and Qualifications
I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Psychology and Biology at Hawaii Pacific University. I’m currently a Clinical Nurse II in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford.

With over 5 years of experience working in the Neonatal ICU, I have developed precise injection skills. This has made me a great aesthetic provider with a keen eye for detail. I think that everyone should be happy with what they see in the mirror, and that’s why I offer at-home Botox and other aesthetic treatments.

## A Bit About Me
I grew up in Waipahu, Hawaii. With many cultures in the same area, there are many different types of food to enjoy. I loved learning about other cultures and getting to try all the different foods. My parents and several family members still live in Hawaii, and I love to visit whenever I get the chance.

Now I live in Mountain View, and I enjoy the convenience of having everything I need within a 5-minute drive. I also love the easy accessibility to so many other great spots in and around San Francisco, San Jose, and Cupertino. I have one fur baby named Nimbus. He’s a Pomeranian Husky and he enjoys outdoor activities like hiking or joining me on my runs. I love traveling, going on road trips, and staying active.
