Nursing brings me a lot of joy. I can help others when they’re at their lowest and make a difference in their lives. After many years in critical care, I’m transitioning to a new role: Family Nurse Practitioner. It gives me the opportunity to get to know my patients and develop meaningful connections. 

Providing excellent care experiences for my patients motivates me to be the best healthcare provider I can be. I strive to deliver a high level of service that takes a personal approach to each and every patient and client. 

## Education and Qualifications
I have been a registered nurse for 13 years, received my nursing degrees from Merritt College and Chamberlin University. I’m currently completing my Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Chamberlin University. I work at Eden Medical Center in the Intermediate Critical Care Unit. After providing care to critically ill patients for over 10 years in a very fast-paced environment, I’m enjoying the opportunity to spend more time with my patients and build relationships with the patients I care for.

I have also received extensive training as an Aesthetics Nurse at Pacific Northwest Aesthetics Academy, with certifications in Botox and dermal filler injections. I also have certification in skincare for medical providers, including chemical peels, microneedling, and Intense Pulsed Light treatment.

## A Bit About Me
I grew up in Sacramento, California. After I met my husband we moved to the East Bay area over 20 years ago. We have two children. Our daughter is 16 and our son is 11. We also have a Maltese named Kimora. We have lived in our neighborhood for 17 years. We love the community family vibe that it offers for our children. We also love being in Pinole since we feel close to everything.

I enjoy outdoor activities like camping and boating, and it’s always more fun with family and friends. I also love boating and swimming in freshwater lakes. This inspired me to create a swimwear line, partnered with my talented daughter.
