I'm Tara, and I've been dedicated to the field of nursing for over 14 years. My journey began as an LVN, where I gained valuable experience in a multi-specialty practice. Building on this foundation, I pursued my RN and received specialized training as a Perioperative Nurse, working diligently in Pre-Op, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, and as a nurse within the Operating Room. Currently, I hold the role of Home Health Clinical Manager within the Providence organization, managing and coordinating patient care. My passion for nursing is unceasing, and I'm pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree to further advance my expertise. Throughout my career, I've cultivated a deep commitment to open communication and patient-centered care, ensuring that my clients feel heard and understood throughout their journey.
