About
I’m Rochelle, a healthcare professional with a strong background in medicine and nursing. I was born and raised in Manila, Philippines, where I first trained as a medical doctor and also earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. My education and experience gave me a deep understanding of human anatomy and hands-on experience with injections, which naturally supports my work in aesthetics. I moved to the United States in 2009 and now live in sunny San Diego, a city I truly love for its beautiful weather and welcoming community. For over 11 years, I have worked as a Hospital Nurse Case Manager at Kaiser, where I continue to support patients and their care journeys. I am driven, goal-oriented, and always looking for ways to grow professionally. Outside of work, I enjoy running, traveling, and learning new activities like golf. I also love spending time with my family, especially my daughter Julia, who is studying public health at SDSU.
Qualifications
Former Medical Doctor and BSN graduate from the Philippines. Over 11 years as a Hospital Nurse Case Manager with strong expertise in human anatomy and experience performing injections. Providers are overseen by Dr. Cheryl Bugailiskis, MD (NPI 1871882035), a licensed physician in state of California (A130557), Texas (T7799), and Arizona (74787), in compliance with state regulations.
