About
I’m Alizeh, a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for wellness, confidence, and natural beauty. I grew up in Knoxville, TN, and now call Frisco, TX home. My journey in healthcare began with a desire to help people feel their best—inside and out. I love fitness, skincare, good coffee, cooking, and traveling, and I bring that same energy to my work. My approach is built on continuous learning and a commitment to safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic treatments. Nothing is more rewarding than helping someone feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. When I’m not working or studying new techniques, I’m usually spending time with my husband and our energetic son—or sneezing loudly enough to surprise everyone around me.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University. Master’s from the University of Texas at Arlington. Certified and trained in Tox procedures with ongoing retraining to stay current. Providers are overseen by Dr. Cheryl Bugailiskis, MD (NPI 1871882035), a licensed physician in state of California (A130557), Texas (T7799), and Arizona (74787), in compliance with state regulations.
