About
I was born and raised in South Lake Tahoe, California, and since 2019 I’ve called San Francisco’s NOPA District home. I work as a registered nurse in Labor and Delivery and love the balance of living close to my workplace, gym, favorite restaurants, and Golden Gate Park. Fitness and wellness are central to my life, from running and weightlifting to sauna sessions and cold plunges. I’m passionate about nutritious food, live music, stand-up comedy, and true-crime documentaries. My family is a big part of my world, and I value making sure the people I love feel cared for. My journey into healthcare was inspired by early experiences shadowing medical professionals and witnessing the profound moment of my niece’s birth, which shaped my path toward nursing and continues to inspire me today.
Qualifications
I am a registered nurse with over 10 years of bedside experience in cardiac care and labor and delivery. I hold dual bachelor’s degrees in Nursing and Biology, with a minor in Gerontology.
