Hi, I'm Katy! Originally from Portland, Oregon, I've found my stride in the vibrant city of San Francisco, a place I cherish for its walkability, incredible food, and diverse community – perfect for staying active with my husband and our beloved fur-baby, Rudy. As a Division 1 tennis player in college, staying active is deeply ingrained in me; you'll often find me running, biking, lifting weights, or enjoying a round of golf with Rudy enthusiastically chasing our cart! My journey to nursing began after a pivotal car accident at eighteen, where the compassion of healthcare professionals inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others. Now, as I transition into the world of aesthetic treatments, my passion for precision, patient well-being, and collaborative goal-setting continues to drive me. I'm excited to embark on this new chapter, committed to delivering exceptional results while prioritizing your comfort and safety.
Qualifications
I am a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Portland. I currently serve as a staff and charge nurse on a general and specialty surgical floor at UCSF, bringing a strong foundation of meticulous care and patient-centered practice to my aesthetic treatments. Providers are overseen by Dr. Cheryl Bugailiskis, MD (NPI 1871882035), a licensed physician in state of California (A130557), Texas (T7799), and Arizona (74787), in compliance with state regulations.
