I have been an acute care nurse since 2015, specializing in mental health and postpartum care. I earned my ADN from LATTC in 2014 and my BSN from the University of Texas, Arlington in 2016. I have completed extensive training through Persimmon, gaining hands-on experience to earn my certification. Currently, I am a full-time RN with Huntington Health. Living in Los Angeles, I love the vibrant and evolving nature of the city, especially the amazing services offered through Persimmon. As a single mom to a 15-year-old boy and a sweet dog named Aphro, they both keep me busy, and I love them more than anything. My hobbies include scheduled self-care to maintain my mental health well-being, visiting the spa, exercising, and listening to my Calm app. My biggest inspiration is my mom, who set a great example of a strong work ethic, teaching me the value of reliable and responsible peers and coworkers.
