Qualifications
I have over ten years of ongoing experience working in the Intensive Care Unit. I am also a newly emerging Infusion Nurse. Trained and certified to offer at-home Botox treatments and chemical peels by Persimmon! Providers are overseen by Dr. Cheryl Bugailiskis, MD (NPI 1871882035), a licensed physician in state of California (A130557), Texas (T7799), and Arizona (74787), in compliance with state regulations.
